Exchange and Return Policy

Products covered by this policy:
Our products are intended for personal use (such as hair removal tools, razors, laser hair removal devices, dead skin removal tools, etc.). Therefore, product safety and cleanliness are a prerequisite for accepting any exchange or return request.

First: Return Policy
Product returns may be requested within 3 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
1. The product must be completely unused and in its original condition.
2. The product must be sealed and its original packaging must not be opened.
3. The invoice or proof of purchase must be attached.
4. Under no circumstances are returns accepted if used or opened, according to the Egyptian Drug Authority. This is to protect health and safety and prevent the transmission of contagious skin diseases such as scabies and herpes, and viruses such as herpes and HIV (AIDS).

Important Note: Personal products (such as hair removal tools) cannot be returned once opened or tried, even once, to maintain public health standards.

Second: Replacement Policy
A product may be exchanged in only two cases:
1. There is a clear manufacturing defect, such as the product not working or damaged before use.
2. Receiving a different product than the one ordered.
Requirements for Exchange:
• Report within 48 hours of receipt.
• Send a clear photo or video demonstrating the problem.
• The product must be in its original condition without any apparent use.
• Exchange will be made with the same product or an alternative if unavailable, subject to availability.

Return or Exchange Procedure:

2. Send the order number, photos of the product, and a detailed description of the problem.
3. The case will be evaluated by the Quality Department within 3 working days.
4. We will inform you of the outcome of the request and the replacement steps if approved.
Legal Notice:
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
Your purchase of the product constitutes implicit acceptance of the Return and Exchange Policy.
