Return and Exchange Policy – FOXY
At FOXY, we are always keen on customer satisfaction and are committed to providing high-quality products. However, we appreciate that there may be exceptional circumstances that require an exchange or return in accordance with the following policies:
First: Return Policy
Return requests may be made within a maximum of 3 days from the date of receipt.
The product must be:
- Completely unused.
- In its original condition and fully packaged.
- Sealed and unopened, with no labels or outer packaging removed.
- Attached is the purchase invoice or proof of payment.
Important Note:
To protect public health and prevent the transmission of contagious skin diseases such as scabies and herpes, and viruses such as herpes and HIV (AIDS), and in accordance with the standards approved by the Egyptian Ministry of Health and the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency, it is strictly forbidden to return or exchange personal care products (such as hair removal devices or skin care tools) once the packaging has been opened or the outer packaging has been broken, even if they have not actually been used. Exchanges are only permitted in the following cases:
1. A damaged product arrives due to a clear manufacturing defect.
2. A product received that is completely different from the original order.
Conditions:
- The problem must be reported within one hour of receiving the order.
- A clear video must be sent showing the defect or error in the product.
- The product must be in its original condition and without any apparent use.
Steps to Submit a Return or Exchange Request

2. Send a clear image of the shipping bill + a video of the product + a clear explanation of the problem.
3. Our quality team will review the case within 3 business days.
4. You will be contacted with the results of the review and approval or rejection.
⚠️ Important Notes
Any requests submitted after the expiration of the above-mentioned period will not be accepted.
- Any requests that do not fully meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be considered.
- Refunds do not include shipping costs.
Foxy management reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the conditions. Once the order is placed and the product is purchased, the customer automatically agrees to our exchange and return policy.
